The collective tenure and accomplishments of the Executive Team are reflective of the entire staff of ISS. The company has been built on a strong foundation of professionals with solid experience and a commitment to success.
Robert E. Nevins, Chief Executive Officer
Robert Nevins has over 15 years of domestic and
international experience in delivering technology solutions to the
financial services and construction/engineering industries. Mr.
Nevins is forging new paths for ISS, and is committed to growing the
business by solidifying current relationships and exploring a broader
market for their technology solutions. Before joining ISS in 2006,
Mr. Nevins was the Manager of Business Process Improvements for INVESCO,
one of the world’s largest independent global investment managers.
Prior to that position, he was the Director of Information Technology
for National Asset Management where he oversaw all aspects of technology
for the fast-growing investment firm. During the 1990s, Mr. Nevins
was with Bechtel Corporation where he developed a global organization
for delivering automation-related services. Mr. Nevins holds a
Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of
Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the
University of Notre Dame.
Cyndi A. Brown, Client Service Manager
Cyndi
Brown has 25 years of varied IT experience including business analysis,
software sales and implementation, training, and hardware sales,
installation and repair. Cyndi has experience in a variety of
industries including banking, financial, legal, scholastic, healthcare,
real estate, geological engineering, home construction, chemical
distribution, and retail both here in
Timothy Z. Brothers, Business
Development Manager
Timothy Brothers serves as the liaison
between ISS and new business partners in addition to maintaining current
business relationships. With over 12 years of experience in the
reporting industry he brings a wealth of knowledge of how reporting
technology has evolved and has an insider’s view of the future.
Since Timothy joined ISS in 1994, he has also served in the capacities
of Customer Service and Sales, and has been instrumental in shaping
strong customer and vendor relationships for many years. Prior to
ISS, Mr. Brothers worked as a Customer Relations Assistant for The Cobb
Group. Mr. Brothers is active in such organizations as the National
Association of Professional Background Screeners where he has served as
a Co-Chair on the Database Provider Sub Committee and is a longtime
member of the National Credit Reporting Association. He attends
the annual conferences of these organizations and others, which afford
him the opportunity to keep a finger on the pulse of the various
industries ISS serves. Mr. Brothers holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Psychology/Sociology from Bellarmine College and has taken graduate
courses in Social Psychology from the University of Louisville.
Steven D. Njos, Operations
Steve Njos has 18 years of financial,
information technology and operational experience in the global service
and financial industries. Prior to joining ISS, Mr. Njos was the
Manager of the Bechtel Corporation Business Systems Group and IT Manager
of Bechtel’s asset management group. Mr. Njos’ background includes
a progressive career in strategic IT planning,
cross-discipline/cross-company technology and systems integration,
global IT project management, Six Sigma, supply-chain management, vendor
and business partner relationship management. Mr. Njos holds a
Masters of Science degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from
Iowa State University, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management
and Engineering from North Dakota State University and certifications in
IS/IT Project Management and Applied Project Management from Villanova
University.
